octopus-in-hand octopus-on-paper

Took about 4 hours to make. I ended up using silver (not sterling) because its a little stronger and I was concerned about how delicate the design is. I’m still getting the hang of using the flex shaft to polish my work - sometimes I’m a little heavy handed and end up making the surface a little wavy, but I still think it looks good, and it helps catch the light too. It certainly is very shiny! I also got lots of practice drilling holes with this one.  This evening is pretty busy as is, so its going to be a challenge to get the necklace finished in time for the deadline tomorrow (and I have no idea when I’ll be able to get photos… eep!) but at least the work is half done now. I think it needs a name - any suggestions?
