Today’s manicure features SpaRitual Conglomerate from the Fall 2012 Rock collection, and Deborah Lippmann Cleopatra in New York from the Holiday 2012 collection. Conglomerate has a medium grey base with a strong olive green/gold shimmer and small, pale grey and black glitters. It is a completely unique addition to my collection, I have nothing even remotely like it. Cleopatra has a black jelly base with several sizes of gold hex glitter. Like its sister Lippmann glitters, this polish is thick and needs a couple coats of topcoat (or Gelous) to smooth it out, but the result is gorgeous, it has a lot of depth to it. I love both of these polishes. I’ve never been a fan of gold but recently I’ve been picking up a lot of gold polishes and am finding it more and more appealing – I’m gonna blame Yo-Landi for this.
