Payment

At this point in time, I accept payments via Paypal and money order. If you choose to pay using money order, please send payment within three days of purchase so that I can process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
In the case of a custom order, I will complete the project and send the buyer photos for approval before payment is due. Upon approval, payment will be expected within 2 days.
Any duties/taxes associated with foreign shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

All items will ship within 2 days of cleared payment.
Items shipped within Canada and the United States will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (approximately 6 business days). The buyer will be sent a tracking number the day the item is shipped. Item may also be shipped via XPresspost (guaranteed 3-5 business days) at the request of the buyer at an additional cost (approx. $20 but please contact me for a quote). For buyers outside of North America, please contact me for shipping information.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange it for another item of equal value in my store within 10 days of delivery.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All jewelry items come packaged in a small jewelry box, tied with a ribbon. If your purchase is for a gift and you would like the item gift wrapped, I’d be happy to oblige!
